The Whitelist Manager lets you create and manage lists of members who have been granted access to something exclusive — an early drop, a private event, a beta feature, or any other perk your community offers.

What a whitelist is for

A whitelist is essentially a reservation list. You define a limited number of spots, members earn or claim their spot, and you export the list when you’re ready to use it. Common uses include:
  • Early access to a product launch
  • Reserved seats for a live event
  • Exclusive access to a private server channel
  • Priority entry to a sale or drop

Creating a whitelist

  1. Go to Community → Whitelist Manager
  2. Click New Whitelist
  3. Give it a name and description
  4. Set the maximum number of spots (or leave it unlimited)
  5. Choose how members can claim a spot:
    • Manual — you add members yourself
    • Command — members use /whitelist in Discord to claim a spot
    • Role-gated — only members with a specific role can claim
  6. Click Create

Managing entries

Once a whitelist is active, you can see all entries in the dashboard. You can:
  • Add or remove individual members manually
  • Export the full list as a CSV file
  • Close the whitelist when all spots are filled or the deadline passes
Use whitelists together with Campaigns and Rewards to create structured “earn your spot” mechanics — for example, members who invite 3 friends get whitelisted automatically.
