The Affiliates program lets you partner with individuals — content creators, community leaders, or active members — who bring new people into your community in exchange for a reward. It’s a structured way to turn word-of-mouth into measurable, trackable growth.

How it works

Each affiliate gets a unique referral link. When someone joins through that link, the system tracks the conversion and attributes it to the affiliate. You can then reward them based on the results they drive.

Setting up your affiliate program

1. Go to Growth → Affiliates
2. Review the available program structure
3. Invite affiliates by sharing the affiliate signup link with them
4. Affiliates register and receive their unique tracking link
5. Track their performance from the dashboard

What you can track

For each affiliate you’ll see:

• Clicks — how many people clicked their link
• Conversions — how many of those actually joined
• Conversion rate — the percentage of clicks that became members
• Status — whether the affiliate account is active

Tips

• Choose affiliates who already have an audience that overlaps with your community’s interests.
• Set clear expectations upfront — what they need to do and what they’ll earn.
• Double down on your best-performing partners and give them more resources.
