What’s included

Community Health Score

A score from 0 to 100 reflecting the overall health of your community, based on:

• Engagement rate (active members vs total)
• Member growth trend
• Message activity vs your 30-day baseline
• Joins vs leaves ratio

70+ is healthy. 45–69 is fair. Below 45 needs attention.

What’s working

2–4 specific strengths Silverback identified in your data — things like strong member retention, active channels, or consistent growth.

Watch out for

1–3 concerns Silverback flagged — things like low engagement rate, declining activity, or high churn — with specific numbers attached.

Recommendations

2–4 concrete, data-driven actions Silverback suggests you take, each with a reason based on your community’s actual situation.

Generating an analysis

1. Go to Silverback → Insights
2. Click Analyze my community
3. Silverback processes your 24h, 7d, and 30d data and returns the analysis in seconds

You can re-analyze by clicking Re-analyze under the health score. Re-analysis is rate-limited to once every 24 hours — community data doesn’t change meaningfully in less time. Each analysis reflects the current state of your community.

What makes this different from a regular AI

An external AI like ChatGPT can give you generic community advice — but it doesn’t know how many members you have, what your engagement rate actually is, or what happened in your community yesterday. Silverback does. Every insight is grounded in your real data.
