Campaign types

| Invite Drive | Getting members to bring in new people |
| Engagement Boost | Increasing message activity and participation |

| Custom | Anything that doesn’t fit the above |
Creating a campaign
- Go to Growth → Campaigns
- Click New Campaign
- Fill in the details:
- Name — what you’re calling it
- Type — choose the category that best fits
- Description — explain the campaign to your team
- Goal — what success looks like (e.g. “Invite 5 friends”)
- Reward — what participants can earn
- Start and end dates — the campaign window
- Click Create
Managing campaigns
The Campaigns page shows all your campaigns with their current status:- Active — running right now
- Upcoming — scheduled but not started yet
- Ended — completed campaigns for reference
