The Daily Report is an automatic summary that gets posted to your Discord server every day. Instead of checking multiple screens, your team gets a clean recap of what happened in the past 24 hours — right inside Discord.

What’s included in the report

The report covers the most important metrics from the previous day:
  • Member count — Current total and daily change
  • New joins vs. leaves — Who came in and who left
  • Top active members — The members who engaged the most
  • Message activity — Volume compared to the previous day
  • Any giveaways or events that ran during the day

Setting it up

  1. Go to Community → Bot Setup and make sure your Discord bot is connected
  2. Navigate to Dashboard → Daily Report
  3. Select the Discord channel where you want the report posted
  4. Choose the time you want it delivered (in your local timezone)
  5. Save — the bot will handle the rest automatically
Post the daily report in a private staff channel so your moderation team starts each day informed, without cluttering public channels.

Viewing past reports

The Daily Report page also shows a history of previous reports, so you can look back at any day without digging through Discord.
