Not the same as Growth → Campaigns. Growth Campaigns are structured time-boxed initiatives (goals, dates, rewards, progress tracking). The Campaign Builder here is an AI Discord message writer — it reads your community data and generates ready-to-paste announcements. Use this when you need to write a Discord message; use Growth Campaigns when you’re planning a broader initiative.

The Campaign Builder combines your real community data with AI writing to help you create Discord announcements that actually resonate. Silverback knows how many members you have, who’s been inactive, when your community is most active, and what’s happening right now — and uses all of that to write messages that feel personal, not templated.

Silverback Suggestions

The Suggestions tab is the starting point. Silverback automatically analyzes your community state and surfaces 2–4 campaign opportunities, such as:

• Break the silence — no messages today, but your community is normally active
• Re-engage your community — messages dropped 30%+ vs your 30-day average
• Activate new members — lots of new joins this month but low engagement
• Celebrate your growth — your community grew significantly this month

Each suggestion includes:

• The reason behind the suggestion (with real numbers)
• The target audience and estimated reach
• The best time to post (based on your actual peak activity hours)
• A recommended tone

Click Use this suggestion to turn it into a campaign with fields pre-filled.

Creating a campaign

Whether you start from a suggestion or from scratch, each campaign has:

Field	Description
Name	Internal label for the campaign
Type	Re-engagement, Welcome, Event, Giveaway, VIP/Whales, Milestone, Custom
Tone	Casual, Hype, Professional, or Urgent/FOMO
Who is this for?	All members, Active (7d), New (30d), Inactive, or Top holders
Goal	What you want to achieve — in your own words

After saving, Silverback immediately generates the Discord message using your goal, audience, community stats, and tone.

The generated message

The output is a ready-to-paste Discord announcement — formatted with bold text, emojis (where appropriate), and a clear call-to-action. It uses your real data (member count, trends, peak times) to make it feel specific to your community.

You can:

• Copy the message with one click
• Regenerate to get a different version — up to 3 total generations per campaign. The current count is shown next to the button (e.g. 1/3).
• Mark as sent once you’ve posted it in Discord
