The Manage Collection page is where you configure a specific collection and index its NFTs. It has two tabs: Edit Details and Import NFTs.

Open in Apetopia →

Go to NFT Collections in your dashboard, then click Manage on any collection.
Access this page from NFT Suite → NFT Collections → Manage on any collection card.

Edit Details

Update the public-facing information for your collection:
  • Name — the collection’s display name across Apetopia
  • Description — shown on the public gallery page
  • Logo — the collection image (URL)
  • Accent colors — the gradient colors used on the gallery card and public hub
  • Links — website, Twitter, and Discord URLs shown on the public page
Changes are saved immediately and reflected across all public pages.

Import NFTs

Indexing pulls your NFTs from the Solana blockchain into Apetopia so they can be used for holder verification, analytics, galleries, and more. Paste your Collection Mint Address — the on-chain NFT that represents the collection as a whole (not an individual token mint). Apetopia will find and index all NFTs under that collection. Use Auto-detect if you’re not sure of the mint address — Apetopia will scan the wallet linked to this collection and find it automatically.

Import by hash list

If your collection doesn’t have a Metaplex collection NFT (common for older collections), paste a list of individual mint addresses — one per line or comma-separated. Apetopia will index exactly those tokens.

Import status

Indexing runs in the background. You’ll see a live counter as NFTs are indexed. For large collections this may take several minutes.
You can re-import at any time to pick up new NFTs (e.g. after a new mint phase). There is a short cooldown between imports to prevent abuse.
If your collection uses a creator address instead of a collection mint (cNFTs or legacy collections), Apetopia will detect this automatically and index by creator. The process is the same — just click Auto-detect.
