Holder Counters create read-only voice channels in your Discord server that show how many members hold a specific verified role. The count is pulled directly from Apetopia’s verification data — no Discord API hacks, no privileged intents.Documentation Index

How it works
Each holder counter is tied to one of your verification roles (configured in Member Verification). When the counter updates, Apetopia looks at the latest holder snapshot for the collections tied to that role, counts the wallets that meet the holding requirements, and updates the channel name automatically. This means the count reflects verified holders — members who actually hold the required NFTs, not just anyone who was manually assigned the role.Adding a counter
- Go to Market & Alerts → Holder Counters
- Click Add holder counter
- Select the verification role you want to display
- Customize the channel name template using the
{count}placeholder - Click Create channel — the bot creates the voice channel immediately with the current count
Channel name templates
Use{count} anywhere in the template:
Managing counters
